Creating your Training Plans has never been easier!
Our workout planner offers simple, efficient and professional program with over a thousand built in exercise library that has written procedures and videos to help you create your training plans, AND has the ability to create your own custom exercises too!
Start creating your Training Plan following the steps below:
1. Go to 'Clients' tab, and choose 'Workout Planner'.
2. Click 'Create Workout' button.
3. Fill in the Workout form.
You can choose exercises from the library by running a quick search on the 'Search Exercises',
'Browse by Body Part'
OR Create your own 'Custom Exercises'
***Exercises from the library has detailed 'Main Muscle Worked', 'Type', 'Equipment', 'Level', 'Step-by-Step Procedure' and videos too.
4. Set your Training Plan Details (Customize the 'Sets', 'Weights', 'Time', 'Reps', and 'Rest Period'
***Created programs can be Printed or Downloaded or Edited by clicking 'Preview' button
5. Assign your created Workout Program:
To your clients
a. Click 'Assign to Client' button
b. Tick the boxes beside your chosen clients' name from the dropdown
OR To your Sessions/Classes
a. Click 'Options' and choose 'Assign to Session/Class'
b. Click 'Go to my Calendar' button
c. Choose your class and click 'Modify' button
d. Choose 'Workout' tab and click 'Manage Workouts'
6. AND that's it! You've completed setting up your Workout Program.
HOW WILL THE 'WORKOUT PROGRAM' SHOWS ON MY CLIENT LOGIN?
Programs assigned to your clients will be posted on your 'Client Area' through 'Workout' tab.
Your clients will have the option to 'Preview', 'Print' or 'Export' your Training Program.
