With Memberships, you can setup your own terms and the number of session or classes included.
1. To begin adding a membership, head to the 'Services' menu. Click on the '+ Add Service' button, >> '+ Membership'. Fill in the membership information
The example below will charge $50 per week for 12 weeks with maximum of 2 sessions per week.
After you create this, it will then be displayed on your memberships list.
2. Next, if you want to assign this to a client then head over to the 'Clients' tab and edit an existing client. Click on the sub-tab 'Package/Membership' and click on the '+ Add Membership' button to select your membership
You also have the ability to customize Membership per client by editing the items:
3. You should now see the added membership:
Now that your client has an active membership, which includes numbers of sessions and/or classes, these will then be automatically deducted when you are reconciling a session/class for the particular client.
4. So from the dashboard, when you reconcile a session for the client, you will see the tickbox 'Deduct session from membership?' which you will want to leave ticked. This will deduct 1 of the 2 sessions, so afterwards you will be left with 1 sessions remaining on the membership (for that week). Example screenshot:
