Managing your staff/trainer's schedule, balancing shift patterns and ensuring that appointments logged are within staff/trainer's working hours can be done easily on "Roster" feature.
Here are the steps to set this up:
1. Head over to 'Settings' >> 'Staff/Trainer'
2. Go to 'Roster' area:
3. Customize your or your trainer/staff's shift day:
or time (with ability to set split schedule):
A message that says "Roster has been changed" will be displayed as a confirmation every time there are changes made.
On the "Calendar" tab, you will easily recognize your staff/trainer's shift with grayed out times outside their working hours, simply choose your staff/trainer on the dropdown to check this.
Notification will appear when session/class is booked during the non working hours of your staff/trainer
'Roster' will also minimize untimely session request by your client through the 'Client's Area'. A pop out message "Unavailable" will appear if they choose to book appointment with you or your staff/trainer outside working hours.
