Here's the steps on how to assign Membership (Fixed, Minimum or Ongoing) to Client’s Profile.
1) Go to “Client” tab and “Edit” the profile
2) Go to “Package/Membership/Product” subtab and click on “Add Membership”
3) Complete the form and add the Membership
4) Click the “Setup Linked Payment Schedule” to link Membership to PaySmart
5) Add your client's payment info:
6) And you’re done :)
It’s necessary for both Membership and Paysmart payments to be linked with each other. This way, all actions that will be done on PaySmart side (such as suspension) would also reflect on the Membership that your client has.
If your client’s Membership isn’t linked with PaySmart, then please notify Support-Team so we can work on linking the two. Please see sample unlink Membership with PaySmart below:
